Yes, Let’s Play in Spanish Foundation is a non-profit LLC based in California. We have applied for 501c3 status with the federal government and will be approved by February 2026.
Tax exempt donations can be accepted now. When we receive 501c3 status, it will be retroactive back to the date of application.
